Although we endeavor to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images PLEASE READ all the listing descriptions very carefully before buying, the appliciation on the Compatibility system & listings are for guidance only as the customer is responsible to make sure the part they are purchasing is the correct part for their vehicle. please contact us for further advice before ordering. Please note that products in our shop are generally suitable for UK specification vehicles and we are not able to ensure suitability of these products for non-UK specification vehicles (including imported models). all pictures and description are copyright of Clickamotorpart (Planet Car Parts), and cannot be used for any other sites.
ALL our prices  include V.A.T & include Free delivery,we accept all major credit cards.
Should you not be in when the courier calls, the courier will leave their contact card. Deliveries will be attempted on two occasions prior to the item being returned to ourselves. Should this be the case then return delivery costs will be payable by you. With this in mind it is important that you contact the number on the courier’s card to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as received.
All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery.

We cannot accept liability for items not delivered by our couriers on time and would recommend that you do not engage mechanics or similar fitment specialists etc until you are in physical possession of the goods, and do also check the supplied parts upon delivery to ensure they are the correct items as shown in the listing from you had purchased,ie the correct dimensions etc.

Any shortages have to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Damaged goods on delivery:please inspect the packaging ie torn bags,damaged or open boxes before you sign for the goods,if damaged sign clearly as received as damaged,and promptly message us,if not signed as damaged,then we can not take the matter forward with the couriors,The couriors have a 24 hour time limit to report any damaged in transit queries,after that no claim will be processed.

Please provide a mobile number for the couriors in the paypal address section at the time of purchase/checkout(please dont message us the telephone number),if no number is supplied then there could be a delay with the delivery.
Wrongly purchased items:

You have 14 working days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition.  We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional. If the packaging is damaged or parcel tape is used on the original box the part was in, we have the right to refuse the returned part. The common sense applies to returns as to anything so you should consider yourself as the next customer and must be satisfied with the appearance of the product as being brand new.
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please message us for a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused. You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send returns recorded or special delivery with a return authorisation number and covering letter.Please Note: No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief description of problem where necessary. This will enable us to ensure all transactions are resolved quickly.

Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (i.e. the shipping fee that we have incurred in shipping the first product to you.The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and shipping your order as requested).

If you choose to have any product professionally installed we will not be held responsible for any labour costs involved in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty
period,or any MOT charges.

Any product returned as faulty,will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested,if faulty within 4 months a refund will be done, or replacement will be sent,if faulty after 4 months then a replacement will be sent (no refund)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS,PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: Any custom duty,taxes,or fees have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods,if in doubt please enquire,before your purchase.

Please Note: the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us,this applies to faulty and non faulty parts,once goods are returned they will be sent to the manufactuerers to be tested,in most cases no fault is found with faulty items.
